To order in our bookshop you have to create a personnal account.
With your personnal account you can begin to make your order on our web site, log off, then log in later to finish filling your shopping cart. You also can look at your order history (previous orders) and order statements (running order) and write your own reviews for each items. Please share your opinions about items with other users to have a more living site.
To create your account click "Create an Account" in the header page and fill in in few seconds the account creation form (we ask you a minimum of personnal informations). Please, becareful to the exactitude of your personnal informations and don't forget your login and password you will need to login. All unfinished or fake registration will be remove immediatly. For more security (particularly to help prevent bot registrations) you also have to copy a flow code at the end of the form.
To log in your personnal account just click "Your Account" in the header page and sign in it with your email address and password. Then you can now send us your orders and check out your account details.
All informations you send us are strictly confidentials.
PAYMENT PROCESS AND PAYMENT METHODS
When you have finish your shopping, click the "Checkout" button in the Shopping Cart page.
On the "Delivery Informations" page, verify your shipping address, correct (or add) them if necessary. You know now the shipping cost automatically calculated. Click on the "Continue" button to continue the Checkout procedure.
On the "Payment Informations" page, choose your payment method. Check (only for France), Pay Pal or Bank Transfert. Continue and verify all delivery/payment informations on the "Order Confirmation" page, then click on the "Confirm the Order" button. A message confirm your order have been succesfully sent and you receive a confirmation email.
Payment method by Check: ONLY FOR FRENCH CUSTOMERS ! You can only pay us by check if you have a french bank account and only in euros currencies. Now you just have to send us your check (only french bank and in euro currency) to La Petroleuse BP4 86800 St Julien L'Ars. When we receive your check we ship your parcel.
Payment method by Pay Pal (https safe site): You are directly redirected to Pay Pal website where you are guided step by step until final payment confirmation. Be sure to well finish the paypal process. When we are informed by Pay Pal of your payment we ship your parcel. Pay Pal payment method is easy, fast and 100% safe. You just need a credit card (or even just a bank account number) and and an email address. For more informations about Pay Pal checkout www.paypal.com.
Payment method by Bank Transfert: Read our bank details to process your bank transfert. Ask your bank about fees (that depends of banks and countries). Your order will not ship until we receive payment in the above account (3-5 days min).
Other payment method: You also can use an International Money Order (IMO) as method of payment. IMO: For all countries world wide. Only in Euro currency and order to La Petroleuse. For IMO methods just contact us by mail and we will tell you how to do.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are not included in the item price.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to items weight and your shipping zone.
Rates are those of the french Post.

SHIPMENT
We ship your order in the shortest time (2-4 days after payment receipt). If you don't received you parcel after a long time delay (min.15-30 days for international) contact us and we will try to resolve your problem.
La Petroleuse decline all sort of responsabilities for delay and loss of the parcel after it have been shipped by La Poste (we of course keep all registration numbers of the international parcels).
