Stripburger - Collectif
[Comics Magazine]
In Stripburger #87, you can dive into a sea of diverse artistic poetics and enjoy a wide range of comic expression from here and there. Along with a colorful selection of short comics, this issue features two in-depth interviews. Flemish illustrator and comic artist Lukas Verstraete (from whom we borrowed our opening quote) talks about how he blends surreal imagery with psychedelic drawing, while Slovenian artist Ivan Mitrevski, widely considered by children and adults alike to create the funniest comics around, shares his insights as well. In addition, the centerpiece of Stripburger includes our regular supplement, the Stripburger Compendium, packed with comic book reviews and various other articles on sequential art.
